Our walk + lift PROGRAM ONLY option is perfect for the person who:

  • wants a science-based, progressive training program, but doesn’t care to have the accountability and extra resources

  • is more interested in lifting, but would like a structured walk plan

  • is interested in incorporating movement, but doesn't want to run/bike/etc

  • is interested in running in the future but wants to get time on their feet first

Within all of our programs, no matter which cardio plan you choose, you will receive the following:

  • a 12 week progressive strength and cardio program (3-4 days per week)

  • video tutorials for all exercises

  • a step-by-step guide to master a chinup, pushup, and pistol squat

  • planned warmups for each session
