In this plan, we will cover all of the bases. Strength is a key component of our weekly plan, so you will need access to some light and moderately heavy dumbbells. Barbells can be used, but are not required to have a great session. Ideally, you will have a bench, a pullup bar, and resistance bands, but again, not entirely necessary.
