Our Bike and Lift PROGRAM ONLY option is perfect for the person who:
wants a science-based, progressive training program, but doesn’t care to have the accountability and extra resources
prefers to bike over other forms of cardio
is preparing for a bike race
Within all of our programs, no matter which cardio plan you choose, you will receive the following:
a 12 week progressive strength and cardio program (3-4 days per week)
video tutorials for all exercises
a step-by-step guide to master a chinup, pushup, and pistol squat
planned warmups for each session
*Within this PROGRAM ONLY, you will be charged a one-time fee and will not be subscribed as a recurring member. Once the program has been purchased and received, no refunds can be given.*
